Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentBuyable ("Service"), operated by Strativa AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

AgentBuyable provides agentic commerce infrastructure setup services for service-based businesses. This includes AI platform registration, structured service data implementation, agentic booking gateway deployment, and related monthly optimization services as described in your selected service tier (Starter, Growth, or Pro).

The specific deliverables for each tier are described on our website at agentbuyable.ai and in your purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to update service deliverables with reasonable notice.

2. Payment Terms

Our services consist of a one-time buildout investment and an ongoing monthly optimization program. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

• The one-time buildout fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Monthly optimization fees are billed on a recurring basis starting after your buildout is complete.
• You may cancel your monthly optimization at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 30 days.

3. Refund Policy

If work has not yet commenced on your buildout, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at mark@strativa-ai.com.

Once buildout work has commenced, the one-time buildout investment is non-refundable. Monthly optimization fees are not refunded for partial months.

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, services, and website.
• Grant us reasonable access to your website to deploy the necessary infrastructure.
• Install the provided embed code or script on your website as directed.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business, services, or website that may affect the infrastructure we have deployed.
• Complete any required third-party applications (such as Stripe ACP or Google UCP) as guided by our team.

5. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure, code, templates, and methodologies developed by AgentBuyable remain the intellectual property of Strativa AI. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deployed infrastructure for your business.

You retain full ownership of your business data, content, and website. We do not claim any ownership over your business information.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentBuyable and Strativa AI are not liable for:

• Changes to AI platform algorithms or policies that affect your discoverability.
• Revenue outcomes, booking volumes, or business results from our services.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party platforms including Stripe, Google, or AI platforms.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant specific outcomes including AI search rankings, booking volumes, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control including AI platform behavior, market conditions, and your business operations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly optimization program at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, you retain any infrastructure already deployed to your website. We will provide reasonable transition assistance upon request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
